This place deserves excellent rating for its own achievements in its own business. It is not the best restaurant in the world, but it is highly valued in terms of ideas, decorations, menus, food and service. It was like eating in a Soviet-era apartment, the details of the waiter's uniform were well thought out. The menu was quite rich and pleasant. The food was good. We had a beer and a spicy vodka. Had caviar potato pancakes, salmon dumplings, lamb skewers salad and their Olivier salad. All were delicious. I am not a Russian speaker but I have said it before. Menu is in English and service is not a problem. The neighborhood is nice and has many other nice restaurants.
